BY SUBMITTING THIS APPLICATION I (WE) AGREE THAT THE FOREGOING INFORMATION IS SUPPLIED TO MANAGEMENT TO INDUCE THEM TO RENT ME (US) AND IS TRUE AND CORRECT IN ALL ASPECTS, I (WE) AUTHORIZE WHATEVER CREDIT VERIFICATION AND REFERENCE CHECKS MAY BE CONSIDERED APPROPRIATE. SUCH VERIFICATION MAY INCLUDE THE EXCHANGE OF INFORMATION AND A REPORT FROM A CREDIT REPORTING AGENCY. IF A CREDIT REPORTING AGENCY FURNISHED A REPORT, ITS NAME AND ADDRESS WILL BE FURNISHED UPON REQUEST. I (WE) UNDERSTAND THIS IS NON-REFUNDABLE. I (WE) UNDERSTAND THAT UPON ACCEPTANCE, BOTH A SECURITY DEPOSIT AND A SIGNED LEASE AGREEMENT MUST BE SUBMITTED TO GUARANTEE THE UNIT. THE FIRST MONTH'S RENT IS PAYABLE ON THE STARTING DAY OF THE LEASE, AND RENT IS DUE ON OR BEFORE THE FIRST OF EACH MONTH THEREAFTER FOR THE DURATION OF SAID LEASE.
